Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using suku360 (the "Service"), a school, staff member, guardian, or student agrees to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to bind that school.
2. What suku360 is
suku360 is a school operating system that helps school leaders and staff manage attendance, academic results, fee collection, and communication with parents and guardians. Schools remain responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for how they use the Service in their own operations. A school may optionally connect suku360 to Nyansa, a partner teaching and learning platform run by the same company, as described in Section 6.
3. Accounts and access
A school's headteacher or designated administrator manages staff accounts and access levels within that school's workspace. Each person is responsible for keeping their own login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under their account.
4. Payments and subscriptions
suku360 is offered to schools as a subscription. Where a school enables online fee payments, parent and guardian payments (by Mobile Money or card) are processed by a third-party payment provider and settle directly to the school's own bank account — suku360 does not hold or take a cut of those funds. Subscription billing terms are agreed separately with each school during onboarding.
5. Acceptable use
The Service may not be used to store or transmit unlawful content, to misrepresent a learner's records, or to access data belonging to a school or student you are not authorized to access.
6. Data ownership and the Nyansa integration
Schools own the student, staff, and financial data they enter into suku360. suku360 acts as a processor of that data on the school's behalf. Where a school also uses Nyansa and links the two systems, suku360 shares a limited roster of student and staff identity and class records with Nyansa so accounts can be created there, and receives assessment scores and topic mastery evidence back that may inform that student's official record. This linkage only happens for schools that explicitly enable it, and Nyansa does not independently define a school's official report card. See our Privacy Policy for how data is collected, used, and protected.
7. Termination
A school may stop using the Service at any time. suku360 may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms, with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, suku360 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ghana.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to school administrators.
